“When I was born, I was diagnosed with TAR syndrome. I’ve had both of my arms broken a total of 17 times. For the most part, it’s been hectic but I’m thankful I have my mom and my brother help me. Medi-Cal is so important to me because it gives me access to the stuff that I need to live life like a normal human being. If they were to cut those programs, Medicare and Medi-Cal we would be in serious trouble. I would be heartbroken, and angry. We need to fight for our health.”
